FUCK YEAH BIKE RIDE!
I went on a ten mile bike ride with James earlier. It was fun but on the back the wind was in our faces, being a botch and whatnot. Then it pissed it down just before we got home! But on the whole it was good fun! I can’t wait to get a new bike on Saturday. Cannot wait!
I realised that when I reach my goal, I am definitely not going to want to look at my progress over periods of days, as I will be too busy being sexy and whatnot. I have decided to do weekly logs on Sundays/Mondays instead.

Day 9 - 6th April
Just a quick one today! I have eaten pretty healthily. I made a drink out of kiwi, ginger and oranges and it tasted like fire. I drank it anyway. Turns out I have had an infection for the last few days… I just thought pain at first was all part of getting healthier. I am such a dick.
Days 7 & 8 - 4th & 5th April
So basically yesterday I ate so much shit that I forgot to do this… I had five jaffa cakes and half a tin of rice pudding. I still did exercise and ate pretty healthily other than that so I am cool with it. Today is a new chapter! I am going for an adventure of the Yorkshire Dales with my Grandparents! I am bloody excited too! The Dales are possibly some of the most awesome places...
I ate like 5 Jaffa Cakes today… I don’t know how I should feel about this.
Day 6 - 3rd April
Today my eating hasn’t been too bad. I had two fruit Riveta, a small bowl of Quorn Jalfrezi, a scone with jam and butter and a Goan vegetable curry. Exercise hasn’t been great, but I wanted to have a rest break after cycling anyway. Today I did about half an hour of dancing, as well as some push ups and work with weights. Today was tiring to say the least. I had scrambled egg on toast from breakfast, bean burger salad for lunch and Quorn curry for tea. Cycling to school was exhausting. Today was bloody tiring. I went to ASDA with my Mum, making sure she only bought healthy stuff. Just got back from a ten mile bike ride. I went 5 miles on a downhill slant and then the other 5 uphill, not to mention some of the horrible hills I encountered on the way. I am really sleepy now, but I guess it is all worth it.

Today is going to be my rest day for the week. I am just going to focus on eating to re cooperate my muscles as my legs are wrecked to fuck. I think I might have underestimated what five miles a day, up hill in the highest gear could do to someone as unfit as me… Anyways I am going to do some Yoga and core work later I think to make up for the lack of cardio. Well it doesn’t really… I have been exercising and eating healthily for the last few days, so really it started on Monday but today is the day I have made my own personal resolution. For the next 100 days, I am going to avoid everything unhealthy, do exercise 6 days a week and try to think positively at all times.
